TXTrep Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TXTrep, an AI-assisted workout-logging and coaching service delivered over text messaging. By using TXTrep you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By texting TXTrep, signing up through any of our enrollment flows, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

TXTrep is an AI-assisted workout logging and coaching service delivered via SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. You text in your sets, reps, weight, RPE, and any context (goals, soreness, schedule), and the service replies with logged data and coaching guidance generated by a large language model.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use TXTrep. Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use the service only with verifiable parental consent (consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "COPPA"). Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from using TXTrep, and we will delete any account we identify as belonging to a user under 13.

Not Medical Advice

TXTrep provides general fitness information and AI-generated workout coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. If you experience pain, injury, or any medical emergency, stop exercising and seek qualified medical care immediately.

Acceptable Use

• You will not use TXTrep for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable law.
• You will not use TXTrep or any coaching data it produces for commercial resale or to operate a competing service.
• You will not send automated, scripted, or bot-driven traffic to the service, and you will not attempt to scrape, mass-extract, or reverse-engineer it.
• You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, and you will only enroll a phone number that you are authorized to use.
• You will not use TXTrep to harass, abuse, threaten, or otherwise harm any person.

Subscription and Billing

TXTrep is offered with a 7-day free trial, after which the service costs $9.99 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time by texting cancel or by replying STOP; cancellation stops future billing but does not produce refunds for partial months. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Intellectual Property

TXTrep and all underlying software, prompts, models, designs, and content provided by the service are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the workout data, goals, and other content you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to use that content as necessary to operate and improve the service for your account.

Limitation of Liability

TXTrep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TXTrep and its operators are not liable for any injury, illness, lost or corrupted data, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the service is capped at the total amount you paid TXTrep in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for abuse of the service, or where required by law or by our SMS carriers. You may terminate your account at any time by replying STOP or by texting cancel.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in British Columbia, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
