Common questions about billing.
How does the free trial work?
Text the number to start. We log your sets for 7 days at no charge. After 7 days, you'll get an SMS with a Stripe checkout link to continue at $9.99/month. No card on file during the trial — if you don't convert, your account expires and you stop receiving messages.
How do I cancel?
Text cancel at any time and we'll send you a Stripe customer portal link to confirm. Or text STOP for an immediate carrier-level opt-out (this also cancels billing). Either way, no future charges. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month you'll keep access until the end of that period; no proration. If you were billed for a service interruption (like an extended outage), email benstallan1@gmail.com and we'll review it.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. We've kept pricing intentionally simple — one plan, billed monthly. If you want to be told when an annual option ships, email us.
What's included that's not on the marketing page?
Everything is on the page. There is no premium tier hiding behind it. The full coaching loop, recall queries, PR detection, exports, and deletion are all in the $9.99/month plan. No upsells, no add-ons.
Will message and data rates apply?
Standard carrier rates may apply for SMS, depending on your plan. iMessage / WhatsApp / RCS use data, not SMS, so there are usually no per-message charges on those channels. We don't charge for the messages — just the monthly subscription.
